Kernel Panics W/ Dave 4.0 on 10.2

I got 2 Kernel Panics today on my iMac (333 Mhz Tray Loading) running 10.2 and Dave 4.0... I wasn't here for either of them, but they tell me no one was even at the Mac, it just came up by itself... I am 99.9% sure that no one was accessing it through the network, and the kernel panic logs do say it came from Thursby (Dave) here is one log:
