Keyboard Backlight Sensor Not Working?

Hi,

My Macbook Pro keyboard Backlight is not working properly even in a darkroom.
I need to install a third party software (Lab Tick) to switch on the keyboard light.

I am not able to use F5 and F6 key to adjust the light dimness.
I suspect the light sensor is having problem.

However, last night I received an error message, saying that my Mac is having problem, I need to press the Power button to restart the Mac.

After restart, the keyboard backlight is working (without Lab Tick), and I can adjust the light with F5 and F6.

But now, after I made the Macbook sleep and wake up, it's back to abnormal again.

I've tried many solutions, eg resetting the SMC, restore the Mac Os using Time Machine, all these just won't help...

My place doesn't have any Apple Care Center, the nearest is 125 miles away from me, and it's not a "real" Apple Center, it won't fix or check my problem immediately, it just a Apple representer who help me to send our problem to Apple center. I need to leave my Macbook for at least a week even for a small matter.

Check system preferences/keyboard and there should be a setting for aluminate keyboard in low light conditions.
