keyboard suggestion for osx

i have an older apple pro usb keyboard on my g4 running osx.

i am looking for a new usb keyboard.

am leaning towards either the new apple white pro usb keyboard or a logitech elite wireless multimedia keyboard.

any suggestions - do the multimedia keys work in osx very well on the logitech??

thanks

Are you just worried about style? I'm not sure why you would be wanting to replace the black key keyboard with the white one. Is there added functionality built into the newest keyboard?

If you're looking to get rid of the pro keyboard would you be willing to sell it?

the black keys are hard to see in low light. also, there are no volume controls on this apple pro keyboard which is a feature i would like to have. there is also not a delete key, just a backspace.

:D

I replaced my black keyboard with a white one for precisely that reason - because without the overhead lights on I couldn't see the darn thing. White one is much better :D

I have the logitech elite keyboard and its great. Much better then apples keyboards its nice and quiet. All the hot keys works too every single last one of them i love this keyboard.

that roll up keyboard is pretty sweet. although I wouldn't want that as my primary keyboard. I'm sure it's not quite as accurate and easy to use as a hard keyboard.

I can't really say as I didn't try it on a live computer, but it feels ok...

I also need desktop realestate as I need two keyboards on my
desk (I have two PCs under the desk now, besides the Mac),
So I might buy it at CompUSA just to try it out and if I don't like it - then I'll return it for the Logitech one.
