Leopard ugly gray title bars

Like quite a few people I dislike the look of the gray title/task bars. It also makes the text hard to read and I would like to find a way of changing the colour of them. It's the single most annoying feature in Leopard remaining for me.
I have made the menu bar solid and changed the wanky 3d dock to a brilliant transparent one made by Blazedragon: It has an installer (and uninstaller) and was exactly what I was looking for.
