Hi,
Just added a fedora core 5 box to the network and after some fumbling around I got it authenticating to the xserve using LDAP BUT it just throws a message
if I click yes it fails me back to the log in screen
I have the home directorys exporting NFS and I have tried changing the automount from AFP to NFS with no joy (I put it back as I have many more macs working fine and 200 students arriving back on Monday
I know that the folder exists as I can log in on the macs and Windows XP machines fine.
Any guides/how-to's or pointers to linux clients would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Your home directory is listed as:
/Network/Servers/Xserve1.yourdomain.co.uk/groupshare/username
Bit it does not appear to exist
Do you want to log in with the / (root) directory as your home directory?
