I bought a Powerlogix processor and a DVD R optical drive for my Quicksilver.
Installed both myself.... made sure I was careful.... Then... turned on my MAC
and nothing...... the fans were working, the power light was on only briefly, but that's it...... no signal to my monitor or keyboard/mouse.
Replaced new processor with original processor.... and the same exact thing.
I should note that the logic board light was on....... I have never had any problems with my MAC until now...... Called a computer place and he thought that the new processor was bad and that it burned out my logic board.
I have already sent the new processor back for evaluation.....
Has anyone ever heard of this....... I resetted everything that needed to be reset...... Anyone give a tip to what's what?
I would really appreciate someone's MAC genius..
