Login Window Shakes!!!!

Dont know weher any of you here noticed but,

When you accedntly enter your password wrong in the login window, it shakes!!!

i got such a shock when i just did this !!

or he is like me - the only user on his mac so he rarely sees the login window. i didn't know about this until just now. and you're right solrac - i've never mistyped my password.

(just glad to see that i am not the only one who makes the mistake of thinking everybody else's mac experience should be the same as mine )

HAHAHA! You guys never noticed this? Crazy!

That's nothing! It does that in OS 9, too, if you've got multiple users turned on! It's not a bug, it's a feature!

NEXTSTEP did this too.

This actually came from NeXT. When NeXT was developed many years ago it did this. Once Apple took NeXT a few years ago and began the transition, Apple used this idea when building Multiple Users and OS X login.
