This is what I have done so far:
Inserted install disk and held down the C button
Selected: "English Language from install disk option
Chose Utilities / Change Password
Changed and saved password
Restarted and it came up with this message Unable to login (marcusmayeux) at this time
I do not have an external drive and erasing the account is not an option.
