Hi,
I'm trying to use my logitech headset (not sure which model) on 10.4.8, Skype version 2.0.0.6
The problem is that I cannot get enough volume on the earphones to properly hold a conversqtion. Apparently the mic side is ok, and if the person holds the microphone next to their mouth I can hear clearly enough, but as I say for holding a normal conversation it is useless. I don't believe there is a problem on the headset as I have used it successfully on the Windoze.
I have tried setting the system sound preferences to Logitech usb, and also the Skype prefs to same. All to no avail.
I'd be grateful for any ideas on what I might try next.
Thanks and regards,
Jon
