I have an Epson 1280 w/Epsonet Print Server attached hooked up through a small LAN, and set up for IP printing (with gimp). However, it takes at least 30 minutes to process a page with any postscript on it. I usually print through InDesign or Photoshop (sometimes Illustrator). On the othe hand, it takes significantly less time to print with Epson USB, but there is no postscript emulation. Does this seem like a hardware or software problem (or both)?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
