Looking for a good Mail software

What is your prefered Mail software on OS-X ?

I used to have Entourage on OS9, very good, but not multi-user friendly (every body can access everybody's mail). And I still use it for one account that I cannot access from Apple Mail.

Now I use Apple Mail for each user, but functionnality is very limited. My main concern is that junk mail filtering is not available.

Do you know a better alternative ?
 
What do you mean junk mail filtering is not possible? Crack open mails preferences panel and hit the rules tab... write your own filters to sort spam from sweet glazed honey ham. Ok from emails from your relatives and bored co-workers.
 
Years ago, I was using Eudora, that was very efficient. It looks like it disappeared (one more excellent SW killed by the pseudo-freeware of MSFT).
 
Outlook Express for me.

Multiple accounts is nice, and since I have Verizon as my ISP that means I can't have SMTP relaying...

Sure I could turn on SMTP services on the server, but we've already had a few security breaches.

So... I'm waiting for either the o.k. for the funds to get Office X, and entourage, or waiting more patiently for Outlook Express or an Entourage express. (Which doens't seem likely to tell you the truth)
 
You can have multiple accounts with Outlook and Entourage, but how do you protect user's privacy ? I wasn't able to do it (I don't have Entourage X, only 2001).
 
But I use pine.

Mostly, because I want to be able to check my e-mail even when I'm not at my computer, also because it works with PGP (GnuPG, actually).
