Looking for a MPEG Playlist Viewer...

Let me put it this way,
Is there an "iTunes" like app that plays MPEG/MP4 (Quicktime) Video?

I would like to be able to set a playlist of sorts with a bunch of videos (music, trailers, etc.) that would play in both a window and full screen.

Anyone know of anything like that?
