One of my partitions just bombed, i ran Norton and Drive 10 and they both found major problems. I'm not going to attempt to repair, i will copuy the drive then restore it. But i noticed that there is a folder called, "Lost and Found" no date or kind label. When i click on it, it disappears. Norton said there were files that it could not find a directory for, Node something or aother, i forgot. Just curious what this is. And the Lost and Found comes back when I click away then back to that window. I will upload a screen sht in a few minutes.

Well whatever it was I reformatted, i didn't lose anything, well 3 files that wouldn't copy, i suppose they were the problem files. But even if, that shouldn't cause a partition not to mount. Should that folder TheVolumesettings be seen like that? I noticed that a few weeks ago, i let it go, so i guess i should have seen this coming. Whenever my system is up for days and no restarts or problems, something is bound to give. That never fails.
