lost firefox when trying to upgrade

i realized too late that firefox 3 wont run on my powerbook g4 running os10.3.9. and i lost firefox 2. when i try to download firefox 2, safari crashes and explorer doesn't do it. how can i get my old firefox back?

It sounds to me like you have other issues.

See if you can download Mozilla SeaMonkey, and then use that to download Firefox 2. Be aware that Firefox 2 will not be developed on anymore after December of this year.

You'll either have to use SeaMonkey, or you'll have to upgrade to at least 10.4.

Oh, and there's also iCab which now uses WebKit for HTML rendering.

10.4 is a nice OS. I had a Widdle Pismo I upgraded to a G4 550 with 1 Gig RAM
and it ran it really nicely. Sure, when I tried to listen to the Glorious Red Sox games, while writing a paper, and surfing male ma[CENSORED--Ed.] porn things could really slow down.
