Lost My Accounts Tab

I recently had to reinstall OS x.2 because of a crash, and ever since then, my Accounts tab under System Preferences has been missing in action! And this even though I retained my original admin account with the Archive and Install option.

So I can't add any users, and I have to log in every time I reboot. I've even tried another reinstall due to this and other issues, but still no joy. What can I do?

System: Blue & White G3 w. 40GB HD, 400MHz G4 upgrade processor, 640MB of RAM, OS X.2.5
 
Oops!!! Just saw the Accounts Pane thread further down. Deleting the cache file mentioned in that thread solved my problem as well. My thanks to the user who provided to the solution-you ROCK dude!
