I have very successfully been running photoshop cs1 under OS X 10.3.9 on my Mac G5 for several years. I recently installed the KPT plug-ins (older SW purchase which claims to run under Mac OS X or previous Mac OS versions). The installation worked on both Painter X and Photoshop CS1 and I was able to use the plug-ins successfully with both.
Today (a couple weeks later) photoshop cs1 no longer includes the KPT plug-ins as an option AND it no longer offers me many of the cs1 native filters. (such as the artistic filters) Painter X still offers the KPT plug-ins as an option.
I am not certain how to recover. Is this some sort of pointer problem? I frequently do not turn off my computer for days. This problem only surfaced after I restarted my computer. Do I need to reload the photoshop cs1 native filters? Can I do that without uninstalling first? Do I need to uninstall the entire Creative Suite package? Appreciate any help you can give me.
