Can anyone help...ever since I loaded Tiger yesterday, I cannot pull up any documents that are on Word and they are automatically converted over to works with different formatting? Is there something I should have or should be doing? Thanks

If you have Works, have you tried saving as a .doc file? I don't know if it's possible but it's worth a try.

Your Word documents were converted to anything. Do [Apple]-I or [CMD]-I on a Word document. Click the Opens with: pop-up menu. Choose Microsoft Word. Click the Chang All... button.

What kind of tiger installation did you chose? If you updated the system, follow what MisterMe posted. If you archieve-installed it, you might need to reinstall word.
