lycos 1Gb webspace + mail for less than 5Euro each month?

I just read about Lycos germany to offer 1Gb webspace together with your own domain, 50 email-adresses, mail-attachments up to 50mb, no advertisings...
all for around 5Euro each months and a minimum period of 12 months.
Now, why does this deal sound too good to be true?
