which get out the following crash log and has not relation with our applicaton code, i just want to know,:
Is it a known issue for MAC 10.3? Is any solution for this crash?

Have you tried adding more memory to that machine? 128 MB is pushing it with OS X, especially if you're converting media files.

To fryke:
It is Mac OS X.

To nixgeek:
Add more memory do work, but we can not ask customer to add more memory in some cases. any other suggestion?

Well, to be honest there's not much you can do with Mac OS X using only 128MB of RAM. Mac OS X in and of itself requires at least 256 MB to be useful, and even more if you're going to do intensive stuff like converting media files. There's only so much you can ask of the hardware especially if the hardware isn't meeting the necessary requirements to do the job. You're talking about a pre-2000 machine on a 6+ years old CPU that is running (almost) the latest software. It's like expecting a Pentium II to be able to run Windows Server 2003 with only 128 MB and expecting it to run SQL databases. It's just not going to happen. Yes, this is an exaggeration, but you can understand the point I'm trying to make. Whoever is having that issue it going to have to upgrade the memory or look into a newer system.
