What is meant by " network host busy" and how is this alleviated? I am trying to print from my Ibook G4 thru a linksys router to wpsm54g to a canon 830. BTW do I need the ethernet connected to the router... because after i disconneted it the wireless light lit on the printserver, but not before I disconneted it.

Also, when I had the previous printserver that was not Multi funtion capable... I had no problem printing.

It is unclear exactly what you are trying to say. However, it appears that you cannot print from your Mac to your Canon 830 over your network. Well, you cannot use a USB driver in a networked environment. You will need to use a driver from LinuxPrinting.org or Gutenprint which takes advantage of MacOS X's built-in CUPS facility. Search this forum for CUPS or Gutenprint for links to the websites you need
