Anyone know where I can find info on Apple's OS X certification programs, or rather the first steps I can take towards becoming certified?

just out of curiosity (please be nice .... just want to ask an honest question), are there many certified Apple technicians out there? Are most Apple certified technicians also MS certified too? does it really help to be an Apple digital media end user certified as it relates to jobs?
