Mac Mail Attachments gibberish

One of my employees email attachments keep coming through as gibberish, specifically jpeg's, some excel files, etc. She is using Mac Mail. I do not use mac mail and the exact same attachment come through fine for me. Is there some setting in Mac Mail that needs to be changed to correct this?

Do they have a lot of added fonts in their system?
Disable all added fonts, and if the mail looks fine after that, there's a corrupt font.

Have your employee to select the Edit/Attachments>Always Send Windows Friendly Attachments menu item within Mail.

Thanks everyone. There are no "added fonts" just the standards. Our office is on a mac network, so the email is coming from a mac computer and being received on a mac computer with mac mail. It's her "received" emails with attachments that are coming through as gibberish. The "always send windows friendly attachments" was already checked on. For example, our graphic designer emails both this other employee and myself a jpeg image and I was able to open it fine on my Mac using Euroda for email, but the other employee who received the same email through Mac Mail got all gibberish. This is almost constantly happening with all kinds of attachments, excel, word, adobe, etc.
