Mac Mail organization

Having a problem with the Mail application. I have set it up on several computers and never had this problem. For some reason when I set it up for my boss all files that come in show her e-mail name instead of who it is from. So when she opens up her mail there is a :TO column and no :FROM column. Does anyone know how to fix this??
