Mac Mini (Intel) Settings for Plasma TV

I am looking for assistance or software in configuring my Mac Mini to utilize all of the screen Real Estate and / or resolution of my Samsung 50 inch plasma TV. I am connecting with a DVI to HDMI cable. Overscan cuts off the desktop while the default setting leaves several inches of black around the desktop. I am simply trying to fill the screen.
 
I presume that your plasma screen has 1366 x 768 pixels. If this resolution does not appear in your Displays preferences panel, select the closest available resolution.
