Mac office 2004 print & update problem

I downloaded Mac Office 2008 trial version. After 30 days decided against purchase. I uninstalled 2008. Since then, I cannot print from office 2004 to any printer. I tried to reinstall Mac Office 2004 and it will not allow and asks that I authenticate. What's this. I also cannot get Mac Office 11.6.1 update to install. It says mounting failed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
