I would like to burn 4,7 gb dvd image (I have a dmg and iso version), but I it is too big for typical DVD. I hava some ideas, but I don't know how to do it.
1. How to reduce size of image file? I deleted some files for it, but file size is the same.
2. I can make a new image file, but it isn't bootable and original image is bootable. How to move bootable data from one image.
3. Isn't any chance to burn this image on typical DVD?
4. I tried to copy image file to one partition on my hard drive using Disk utility. I choose partition, restore and in soure I choose image of disc and in destination I choose partition. Nest, I mark Erase destination and Restore. I see an error:
Restore Failure
An error (2) occurred while copying. (No such file or directory)
