the operating system could not work fan is running and desktop show but get not any function i want restor my operating system.

Usually Macs come shipped with the discs for the operating system that they originally shipped with. Were they not included when you purchased your Macintosh?

Also, please be sure to include more specific information about your Mac so that we can point you in the right direction. Include the Mac model you have, how much RAM, how much hard drive space it has, etc.
