Mac OS X Server reload

I'm toying with the idea of starting from scratch and reloading my server. There is one particular message I get every time I log in that I can't get rid off. The machine also just seems to be a bit wierd. For example, I can't get iCal to work at all as a non-admin user.

Reloading the OS is pretty easy. The hard part is all the applications. To give me an idea of how many applications I've loaded, is there a way to get them listed out?

choose the apple-menu / about this computer. then click the "more info"-button. then there is a tab called "applications".
