I forgot my mac at the office the other day and it was on all weekend. When i got back it was frozen and i had to restart. Thats when it wouldn't open anymore! It gave me a screen with a folder and a flashing question mark and sad face. I got important files on it and i need to get back on! Help!
BTW just to add this computer had already had a problem a long time ago. It always used to crash when i used to start it but i sent it to apple and i dont know what they did but it worked again until now.......
