.mac question

Hey guys I have a question. Can I make my homepage.mac.com account look different than the standard templates? Like can I make it look like whatever I want? I was wondering because I have noticed some peoples .mac homepages look like they made the page from scratch? I know how to do HTML and whatnot, just wondering how to upload it to my .mac account?
