go to "filesharing" in the system preferences. select the second option (something like windows filesharing, I use a Dutch system so I don't know the exact English description) and click start.
go to "Accounts" in the system preferences. Select the account that you want to use to login from your windows machine. Click "Edit User"
click the last option "User can login from Windows"
In Windows, make a connection to your machine like \\10.1.1.100\username
Now you have to logine with the username/password.
Now you can see your homedir.
To see your Mac volumes in your homedir you have to put aliasses of your macvolumes in your homedir.
