I have a Macbook Pro. I am running OS 10.5.4 I have a folder with about 3.5gb of video clips that I use with ProPresenter. All the files have "dissappeared" from the folder on 2 different occassions. In both cases I was able to go back and restore them from the Time Machine from a few days earlier. I do not keep the external Time Machine disk plugged in all the time.
Can you make a suggestion about what might have happened? The Video folder is located:
Mac HD> Users> name> Library> Appl. Support> RenewedVision> Propresenter> Downloads> Video
The folder was still there but there were no files available anymore. I searched the harddrive to see if they were accidentally dragged somewhere else. No luck, they were not in the Trash.
I have several other Folders on the same level as Video in the Download directory. Presentations, Backgrounds, Pics, imports etcs. None of these have been moved or are missing.
I would appreciate any comments.
