In the MAC HELP menu, I cannot ask questions. Up on the menu (in the MAC HELP) it does say 'ask question' but this is a dull color and there is no where for me to type. I go to the customize section but still cannot set it up so I can ask questions.

Any one know aa fix to this? I am using X.21
 
how is your toolbar customized, have you both text and icons?

if not you need that, or at least icons. In my honest opinion this is pretty stupid, but you have exactly the same effect in finder windows when you want to do a search!.
