Im Using Macosx (jaguar), And Im Connecting To My Redhat File Server Using Smb://my.machine/mylogin/ (it In 'connect To Server' In Macintosh Bar).
But My Files Doesnt Refresh When Changed. I Need Reconnect To My Server To See The New Files.

Example:

I Connect Using 'connect To Server', And Open A Ssh To My Server, Create A New Directory 'temp'. On The Ssh Window The Temp Dir Is Appearing Ok, But In The Jaguar Window, The Temp Dir Will Only Appear If I Disconnect, And Reconnect Again...

Is There Any Way To Solve This Problem ?!?

Please Im Getting Crazy With This Problem...

Thanks For Now !!!

hmmmm, which jaguar version are you using?
Sounds strange to me. I didn't have such problems with jaguar.
Since I have no idea why this happenes, I would suggest you to use a tool than. Try fugu. You won't be able to mount a disc, but at least work with your data on the fileserver. Just a solution since you said it's urgent.

Apple actually mentions this somewhere in either the builtin help or some networking FAQ. Basically, they tell us to work around it. Creating a file or folder or doing some other similar operation will make the directory refresh. Panther's network browsing needs more work if you ask me ...
