macosx10.3.9/maxtor0netouch4mini 320gb

I just bought this exterior hard drive and now I see I have an operating system that is not mentioned in its compatibility. It mentions compatibility with osx10.4.7-.9 ....I havnt opened the package. I'm researching if it will run anyway. Any body know anything on this subject?

Weird. I suspect though can't guarantee that its the one touch backup software that needs 10.4.x - I can think of no reason the drive itself wouldn't work with 10.3. I guess it depends if you planned to use the one touch backup feature.
