Hello, I just bought a new MacBook Pro and set up my email accounts. I'm having an issue with Mail: one of my accounts is a general address for my company (info@...) and this account is set up in three different computers. It's always been like that and worked fine on my previous MacBook. The issue now is that if one of my colleagues reads an email before me on another computer, this message doesn't come as Unread. It arrives in my Inbox, as it should, but it's not highlighted as usual. This only happens in my laptop, the other 2 computers always download new messages as Unread.
This is really annoying as I often lose track of how many new messages I have. Can anyone help me? Thanks,
