I know this topic has most likely been discussed, but is it possible to configure Mail.app to recieve multiple email accounts through one account?

I'm not sure what you mean by "receive multiple accounts through one account," but Mail.app can be configured to check mail for multiple e-mail accounts.

Open up Mail.app's Preferences window, then click on the "Accounts" icon. Click "New Account," configure with the pertinent information, and repeat as necessary for all of your other accounts.

All such accounts will be checked by default when Mail.app checks for mail, or you may check a given account by selecting the menu item Mailbox->Get New Mail in Account...->[the account's name].

You can also temporarily disable an account by editing it in the preferences, clicking the "Advanced" tab, then click to deselect "Enable this account."
