Mail behaving strangely

All of a sudden my personal mailbox has changed. There is now a junk mail bag next to it and junk mail goes in it. My mail now only goes to the main inbox. How can i change this back to the way it was?
 
I have a pop3 account from roadrunner mail that i imported into the mac when i bought it about 6 months ago. Everything was fine until lately.
 
I have a mailbox and my husband has one. Used to be that our mail went to our own personal mailboxes and junk mail went to the junk mailbox. Now all personal mail goes to the main Inbox and not to our individual mailboxes. I have junk mail in my personal mailbox instead.
 
Your mail is still being split between your individual mailboxes. You've incidentally clicked the disclosure triangle next to the main Inbox (or selected it at least). Disclose your individual mailboxes again and you'll see what you used to see.

What about junk? Please elaborate.
