Mail: Multiple attachments to PCs (applefile)?

Hiya,

Can't seem to nail this one. When I send attachments using mail, (10.2 / Mail) - Some people, PC users, get double the amount of attachments I send, the extras are all smaller unopenable files..

What are they and how do I get rid of them??

A recent message with 2 pictures (jpgs) appeared to my friend as:


ATTACHMENT part 2.1 application/applefile
name=picture.jpg


ATTACHMENT part 2.2 image/jpeg
x-mac-creator=3842494D; x-unix-mode=0644;
x-mac-type=4A504547; name=picture.jpg


ATTACHMENT part 3.1 application/applefile
name=picture2.jpg


ATTACHMENT part 3.2 image/jpeg
x-mac-creator=3842494D; x-unix-mode=0644;
x-mac-type=4A504547; name=picture2.jpg
