major Airport base station problems

Anyone know how to fix this?

My Airport base station (graphite) is acting up big time. I tried all the force reload methods and still nothing. When I do the force reloads, it says that it worked but once the base station restarts, I still get a red light on the left light. I have no idea what else to do. If anyone can help that would be great. Thanks!

Airport v 1.0 was sold until about a half year ago, they have hardware problems that cause a transistor to burn out after about one year of continuous use. This may be your problem. Contact Apple and they will ship you a new one no questions asked.
