Making one big audio file ...

Hyo all again,

Can anybody help me by telling me what application or utility or whatever I can use to make one big audio file (starting from 15 small ones)
Format doesn't matter (of course), AIFF, WAV, MP3, all the same ...
For the ones who want to know why, I'm putting online some Livesets of somebody I know but he split them all in parts of 5 mins (for easy listening and scanning) but now of course we need one big MP3 to put online ...
