Mass resizing of photos either iPhoto or other

Can you with iPhoto resize a bunch of pictures? I have a bunch that i want to fit onto my trial .mac account but they are all over 1 mb because of the high resolution.

Or is there another program that i could do this with?

Yes, it's actually very easy to do this from within iPhoto. Select your photos, go to Export and export them as files. There, you can set their maximum size and where you want to export them.

GraphicConverter can also take a folder full of images and do any number of operations to the entire batch - converting size, format, name, applying tweaks to brightness/color/etc.

Hold on everyone. iPhoto will automatically resize your photos if you are using the homepage function (.Mac) from within iPhoto. I don't know what the standard setting is, but my 1.5mb photos appear on-line at 200k or less.

No special effort or steps required.

The other two options are good ones, however.

Woah thanks guys, I guess I should have poked around more before asking, or at least checked how much to see how much iDisk i had left.

My photos, anywhere form 700k to 1MB+, thanks to Graphic Converter are less than 50k, mostly.
