Hello,
I have just purchased Maxtor OneTouch external 300G hard drive. I have strictly followed the indications on how to set up the One Touch bootable backup (automated process using the blue button on the front of the HD).
But when I push the button, I get a message saying Retrospect has quit and that's all.
I run MacOSX 10.4.3 on a PowerBook G4, the external HD is connected via Firewire, I do have two partitions on the HD with Extended MacOS (journaled) file system, and I have unchecked "Ignore volume authorizations" in the Get Info window. And I have disabled FileVault. No success.
Anyone has had this problem ?
