MBP can't boot - maybe related to BootCamp

Hey there!

1. Hardware: 13'' Mid 2010 2.4GHz 4GB

2. Software: Lion, BootCamp, Parallels

3. Problem:

- Two weeks ago: Used parallels to use windows since a loooong time. Worked good. Then i put it to hibernate. Later, when i tried to wake it up, it was frozen. Reboot, folder with question mark, i thought hdd crash. Changed hdd to a total new one, inserted sl install dvd, disk manager said that no hdd is in this machine. i turned it off and put the former, "defect" hdd in a usb case, put it at the usb port: machine boots from usb without any issues, just speed problems. my thought: hdd-controller on the logicboard defect. 600€ for a new logicboard is pretty bad, no warranty or apple care. so i was just happy, that it worked and i did not want to think about.

- yesterday: bad idea: turn on windows again, first time, i think, since this total breakdown two weeks ago. works good. i turn it off yesterday, turn it on today: folder with question mark!

First possibility: Both usb-controller AND hdd-controller are now dead. Logic-board slowly dying.

Second possibility: Combination of paralles, bootcamp and a time-machine migration some months ago made the windows installation defective so that it fucks somehow up with my efi or anything else.

At the moment im not at home, so i dont have the cds. later i would try anything that is possible, nvram, pram, smc, firmware restoration cd. I just wanted to ask if there is anyone who has an idea, what i should do now, if it doesn't work that way. i already checked the "defect" hdd. again, there's no problem at all at another mac. i could even maybe try to boot another mac from it, and im pretty sure it would work. at this very moment my machine has a total new, never touched hdd in it (as the "normal" one is in a usb-case), so you can suggest any however crazy things to do to my machine, as long as it reactivates the "destroyed" settings on the mainboard.

Thank you for reading this, i hope, anyone can help me with this, because im sure there is no hardware problem with my mac. thanks for any help on this.

Dont hesitate asking further questions!
