Why I am Nominating This: I'm one of the developers
Though, in all seriousness, It's been developed to fill my needs in an application such as this. I'm of the opinion that it has the best looking "floater" or "status window" for transient display of track information. It's more expensive than Synergy, but not by much, and I think it's definitely worth it (Of course, I would say that, wouldn't I?). It's unique in its network sharing feature that lets you set up another copy of MenuTunes on another computer to control your primary music machine. If you haven't yet, try it out!
