microphone for recording on the mac

I would like record some instructional movies on my mac using SnapzPro or something like that. I am sure I'm going to need a better microphone than the built-in mic on my Powerbook.

could anyone make any recommendations ??

Is the microphone inside the iSight good enough for these purposes ?

are there any less expensive (yet, decent) options ??
