I am trying to use the apple supplied microphone on my G4 with 10.5. This is the first time I ever tried using the mic. I plugged it into the correct input and looked on the sound preference for a reference to it. None showed so I picked line in. No sound was picked up. I looked in auto midi setup. Also no reference to microphone. Any ideas?
