Whenever I do fink install gimp, I get the following missing libraries message:
- found apple library
- found X plugin includes
- found /usr/X11R6/bin/xterm
- found /usr/X11R6/bin/xrdb
- found /usr/X11R6/bin/rman
- missing /usr/X11R6/lib/libX11.dylib
- missing /usr/X11R6/lib/libXpm.dylib
- missing /usr/X11R6/lib/libXaw.dylib
- missing /usr/X11R6/include/X11/Xlib.h
Obviously, something is missing. I'm using fink 0.5.1 and Apple's latest X11 0.2.1. I figure that perhaps, during the installation of gimp, I'm supposed to select specific libraries to resolve virtual dependencies. Unfortunately, I have no idea which they would be. I'm hoping someone here already installed the gimp through fink and could help me out.
Thanks in advance.
Andre
