On most mornings (esp. Monday) We've been getting errors like this:
An operation on the server timed out. The server may be down, overloaded, or there may be too much net traffic.
Error: -3259
After about an hour the email starts coming down as it should.
I'll give you a little background:
Users: 11
Incoming email: POP3 - I checked with our service provider and they opened up the pop connections to 25 from a single IP
Program: Office 2008 12.2.8
No restrictions set on the firewall.
ISP checked, not problem on our usage.
We use a different outgoing server, so the problem doesn't reside there.
In other words, I'm stumped.
