I bought an MoniSwitch for ADC Displays (http://www.drbott.com/prod/db.lasso?Code=1111-MSAD) and connect it with the 22" Apple Cinema Display DVI VERSION. I want to use one mouse and one keyboard for both macs. Through the DVI and not the ADC Display the USB signal don't reach the MoniSwitch and so it can't be possible using one m. and one k. Plug it direct in one of the macs, works, clear. What can I do?
 
Are you using an Apple keyboard and mouse?

Look into the Hybrid ADC KVM Controller by CompuCable. It is a bit pricey..About $280. But it will do exactly what you want.
 
Thanks, but this is not what I searched for.
The problem is, that the DVI modell, old 22" cinema display not include the USB signal. The USB signal is in an extra cable. So the USB signal never come into the switch, to switch the signal. The question is, how can I get the USB signal into the switch? Remember, the display got a DVI plug which not include the USB signal.
 
Now I am confused. According to the web site of Dr.Bott, the MoniSwitch does come with a USB cable. along with the video cable and it states:
USB keyboards, mice, hubs and other peripherals are connected directly to the USB "A" I/O port built-in to the MoniSwitch. MoniSwitchUSB also includes USB cables to connect to the USB "A" port built-in to most computers.

The six foot usb cable needs to be connected from the A port on the DVI to port one on one computer. The other cable needs to be in the B port of the DVI to port one of the second computer.
Now it will get the usb signal.
 
Ok, there is a MoniSwitch ADC, a MoniSwitch DVI and a MoniSwitchUSB (VGA).
I've got an MoniSwitch ADC.
The video signal for my DVI 22" Apple Cinema Display is right, I can switch from mac1 to mac2. The problem is, that I can't use one keyboard/mouse for both macs, caus the USB cable can't be plug in the MoniSwitch ADC, so he can't switch.
You meant the MoniSwitch USB(VGA): I don't wanna break the digital (DVI/ADC) signal, even don't know if there's a support for the 22".
MoniSwitchDVI: no 22" Cinema Display support.
